It is used to paste double-sided tape on cardboard, paper box, zipper box, girdle seal, envelope, file pocket, handbag and other surfaces.

Machine Feature

1. Automatic feeding paper,bottom paper feeding system, high efficiency paper blade
2. Equipped with fiber sensor and servo control to achieve the accurate position.
3. A new adhesive structure is built at the adhesive joint, which can enhance the adhesive performance.
4. With the introduction of the HMI, touch screen and PLC, the total process of parameter settings is much easier. The length of joint can be set randomly through the HMI.
5. It applies continuous box-accumulating form.

Remark:

●The standard model is equipped with Two automatic feeders and two pasting heads; 1~4pcs pasting head can be optional.

●The tear tape(Red) pasting head can be optional. Hot-glue spay system can be customized.

● If the paper thickness is < 157g, it depends on paper quality, size, and so on. Thinner paper may need manual assistance for feeding.  If paste Cardboard/Corrugated board/E-B-C-wave, thickness is better over 200g/m².
