The page matching machine is a customized model with 4 to 36 options, mainly suitable for single sheet paper matching, but has requirements for paper flatness (excessive tilting and paper bending cannot be used on the machine). Suitable for a wide range of paper sizes, with a minimum size of 180 * 70mm and a maximum size of 1200mm * 800mm. The main models are A4, A3, B3,A2, B2, and A1. The products include calendars, flyers (with numbers), magazines, picture books, brochures, peritoneum paper, carbon free copy paper, wallpaper, writing paper, cardboard, kraft paper, PP,Plastic paper, sponge paper, test paper, and so on.

The collating method based on the belt transmission principle,it has series paper collating function and ensure the smoothness and quality of the printed sheets during transmission.

Machine Feature

This machine is a horizontal single sheet dispenser, with a cam connecting rod reciprocating mechanism.
Each group of paper feeders is equipped with a motor for automatic lifting and equipped with ultrasonic sensors to detect missing and multiple sheets, ensuring the accuracy of product arrangement and quantity;
Servo motor controls synchronous belt operation;
The paper collection is non-stop, and the display screen of the entire machine is centralized Control, easy to operate, and all data is clear at a glance.

Standard extension of the book collector,the post process can expand the nailing,folding,trimming function of the linkage system
Each reactor station is equipped with alarm indicator and buzzer;
