The machine can align and position sheets in two directions, so you can punch and form card shapes and round corners in one step. This machine can collect punched cards and remove scrap.

1.SHEET FEEDING UNIT
Two feeding modules supply sheets alternately, position parameter is adjustable, the accuracy can reach +0.10mm.

2.PUNCHING UNIT
Punching pressure and speed can be easily adjusted to accommodate cards of diversematerials and thicknesses, quick tool changing can be achieved when cards are varying.

3.PUNCHED CARD COLLECTION UNIT
Specially designed card collection unit automatically stacks and collects cards in an orderly manner, eliminating the need for secondary sorting.

4.PLC & HMI
PLC control system automatically monitors machine running status, the machine will immediately stop and actuate alarm in the event of abnormal operation.
